First Time Here?
What should I expect on my first visit?
From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you'll feel welcome. Our friendly greeters and hospitability team will assist you in finding anything you need, from the coffee-and-donut station to the KidzStuff children's ministry check-in. Don't forget to visit our Information Desk in the lobby to receive your visitor's packet. Be sure to fill the information out so that we can keep you in the loop to all of the wonderful things happening at New Consolation.
What is unique about a New Consolation service?
Once service begins and up until the very last second, you will experience the genuine love of God from members and an overwhelming sense of fellowship amongst the New Consolation family. In addition, you can expect an uplifting time during praise and worship, relevant and humorous teaching and life changing moments with God. Of course there is always the element of surprise. We believe church should be fun as well as relevant.
What should I wear?
Believe it or not, this is one of the most common questions people have while making a decision to attend church. At New Consolation we believe it's what's inside a person that matters the most, not the outside. Please feel free to come as you are. It important to be yourself! If you dress up or dress down, either way, you'll find yourself fitting right in with people who genuinely care about you.
How's the teaching?
Sometimes traditional churches may teach on a different subject every Sunday. However, New Consolation takes a different approach in that each message is designed to be relevant and applicable to everyday life. So, instead of doing one message on a particular subject every Sunday, we might stay on an important topic for a few weeks.
We are committed to teaching life-changing truths from the Bible. Stuff that speak to what people are dealing with today, from family, finances, career to having a meaningful relationship with God, we share God's Word and get answers. Believe us when we say, you won't need a theology degree to understand God's Word.
