Yolanda Nelson, Director of Pastoral Care & Outreach
In this role, Yolanda spends her time overseeing the fellowship arms of the ministry (Daughters of Destiny, Elevate Youth Outreach, as well as Singles). She leads the Christian Advisement team, and coordinates all mission/outreach activities. In addition, Yolanda shares the teaching responsibility for both Bible Study and Sunday Morning Worship and assist members in need.
Suzanne Murphy, Director of Membership Care Services
Suzanne makes sure that all new members, special guests, visitors and regular attendees feel welcomed and connected to the overall mission of the ministry. She oversees the Christian Education team, Precious Moments (Baby Dedication, Weddings and Bereavement etc.) and all Membership Support areas of the ministry.
Mike Patterson, Director of Ministry Support Services
In this role, Mike spends his time overseeing the various fellowship arms of the ministry (Frontline Men and KidzStuff Children’s Ministry). He leads the Marriage Ministry alongside his wife and coordinates all fellowship/connecting activities. In addition, Mike runs the orientation for our volunteers impacting people (VIP) program.
Johnetta Sherrod, Director of Worship Experience
Johnetta and her team lead the entire ministry into a powerful time of worship, praise and personal connection with Jesus Christ through music and the ministry of the arts. Johnetta also leads the hospitality team, parking lot attendants and greeters. She enjoys working to help people of all ages connect with God through Worship.
Denise Patterson, Director of Administration & Operations
Denise oversees all internal processes and infrastructure. In her role she is responsible for managing day-to-day ministry operations, the employment strategies, financial, legal and communication departments of the ministry. In addition, she leads the Marriage Ministry alongside her husband and assists with coordinating all fellowship/connecting activities.
